A dedicated and forceful advocate, Daniel Cruz has been practicing insurance law throughout his career. He spent over 10 years representing insurance companies with respect to residential/homeowner, commercial and marine property damage cases as well as first-party automobile claims.
Now, he represents homeowner and commercial Insureds with claims that have either been denied or underpaid by their insurance carriers.
L. Dick Ducheine was raised in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Holy Cross Catholic School followed by his attendance at Brooklyn Tech High School. He subsequently moved to New Jersey with his family where he attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a concentration in micro wave fiber optic communications.
He then obtained a Master in Business Administration from Rutgers University with a concentration in finance and finally graduated from Seton Hall University Law in 2006. Mr. Ducheine began his legal career as a contract attorney defending Title 59 Torts Claims with William D. Manns, Esq. representing the City of East Orange, Irvington, Orange, and Newark in New Jersey.
He then relocated to Florida and worked in insurance defense where he represented insurance carriers in first party, general liability, and workers compensation claims. Some of his clients included companies such as Walmart, Citizens, State Farm, QBE, and other insurers. He began working at the Diener Firm, P.A. in 2017 as an associate attorney, and now represents homeowners and mitigation service companies in first party property claims against insurance carriers.
Maria Nieto has been practicing in Florida for 27 years. She has a vast amount of experience from the handling of pre-suit matters to trials of matters. She has worked both for the Plaintiff side as well as the Defense side. She prides herself in caring for her clients and providing them with a thorough and well thought out representation and obtaining excellent results for her clients.
Maria has represented insurance companies in the past and is well versed in handling claims effectively to obtain the best outcome for her clients. She is currently specializing in helping Homeowner’s secure the benefits they are entitled to from the insurance companies. Maria Nieto is also a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator.
